  2. Our services: Our main services are wellness retreats. They include courses, workshops, accommodation, food and cultural activities. Transportation is not included but we offer solutions. Moreover, we also offer renting our spaces for professionals looking to do a retreat, course or workshop.

Intellectual property disclaimer: All the content of this website, including but not limited to: texts, images, graphics, designs, logos, icons, software, trade names, trademarks, or any other element subject to protection, is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Impulses for a Better Life or third parties who have duly authorized their inclusion on this website. All content on this website is protected by Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, y sus modificaciones posteriores).

  6. Payment: Payment should be done in full when booking the retreat. In terms of financing options, we don’t usually offer them. However, contact us and we would be more than happy to discuss them.
  7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • If the cancellation is made with at least one month in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus the corresponding processing fees. After this, there won’t be refunds for cancellations.
    • Full refunds will be offered if the cancellation is made with at least one month in advance. Other than that, there won’t be refunds.
  8. Use of facilities: We expect our guests to act with the utmost standards of respect towards our retreat centers, collaborators and other fellow participants. If there is a case of severe disrespect, we reserve the right to expel that person from our centers with no refund. If there is any damage done to our property, we have the right to start legal procedures to clarify responsibility.
  9. Security and Responsibility Policy: We do not offer any insurance for our guests. Moreover, we won’t be legally responsible for any damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure and/or personal accidents. We are also holders of civil liability insurance.
  10. Privacy and data protection: We comply with all legal obligations concerning data protection and privacy. You also have available in the webpage our privacy policy. We also require your consent for images and videos. Once you arrive at our centers, we will provide you with an authorization form for images and videos.
  11. External Supplier Policy: We will contract with third parties to ensure the quality of our retreat. At all moments, legal obligations will be complied.
  12. Right of Admission: According to Spanish law, we reserve the right to admit or deny any client from our premises.
  13. Applicable Legislation and Conflict Resolution: We operate under Spanish law. In terms of any dispute, we offer out-of-court conflict resolutions. In terms of judicial disputes, the competent courts will be the Sevillia courts and the applicable law will be Spanish law.
